So have a look around and see what books are on offer, if you shop online, many sites have customer reviews of the recipes, and how easy they are. So start slowly, build yourself up and dont try to make anything too ambitious to begin with.

Go on a Cooking Course

There a cookery schools, night schools and college courses all over the country that offer people the chance to learn the basics or just improve the cooking skills that they already possess. Many of these are free or charge a small fee for ingredients, so they are open to cooks of all backgrounds and budgets, but if money is no option, then perhaps a cookery course that takes place abroad may be better for you. A weekend break with a cookery school is the ideal way to embark on a culinary crash course or just build the foundations of your cookery career.
